HOW DO I FIND OUT MORE ABOUT YOUR WALLETS?

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

    It's not required, you can definitely process your Ridge Wallet order as a "Guest" or you can sign up and you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Ridge Wallet account:

    • Track your orders and review past purchases
    • Request your return or exchange directly from your account
    • Be notified when new stock arrives
    • Save your address and card details for faster shopping
    • Manage your account details, order history and email preferences and see order status.

    I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    No worries, if you've forgotten your password, follow the 'Forgotten Password' instructions on your MY ACCOUNT page; You'll be prompted to reset your password.

    HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL ARE LEGIT?

      The Ridge guarantees all of our products and we even offer a warranty on some components. We offer a 1-year promise on all elastic, screws and inner plates. Our metals and wallet elements are sourced from our own exclusive suppliers and tested manufacturers. 

      HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?

      All items are in stock unless "Sold Out" is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed processing your order and making a purchase.

      If the product you want to buy is out of stock, you can choose 'notify me when this item is back in stock' on the feature tab highlighted on each Ridge Wallet product page. Customer Service will notify you when the item is back in stock.

      IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE ON YOUR WEBSITE?

      Your personal online security is important to us. We use Shopify Payments, managed by the popular banking system STRIPE, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details, to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our Ridge Wallet systems. All orders are processed securely, 100% of the time. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company. We have installed a personalized Fraud Alert program that protects you from any online theft. 

      The Ridge Wallet accepts all Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card payments. We happily honor all payments processed through PayPal too for added purchasing options.

      WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

        The Ridge Wallet ships globally; you will have the option at checkout to choose your preferred method of international shipping. We currently offer FREE worldwide, standard shipping to all our customers.

        DOES THE RIDGE SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES OR FREIGHT FORWARDING ADDRESSES?

          At this time The Ridge Wallet is not shipping to PO boxes without a recognized street address associated with the PO Box digits. We also do not deliver to forwarding addresses.

          HOW MUCH TAXES AND DUTIES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

            Prices displayed on the Ridge Wallet website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on your Order Summary page.

            If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped within the state of California. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA outside of CA. (Please note that all non-customs related local taxes are the customer's responsibility. The Ridge is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states, such as Use Tax.)

            HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

              CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

                Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered on our JOIN page, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting 'My Account' followed by 'Order Status'.

                HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

                  WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

                    When approved, any returned products with all packaging and original tags intact, will be refunded to the original payment method or given a Ridge Wallet online store credit, and will exclude shipping costs. If your order has been sent to a destination within the state of California, all sales taxes will be refunded.

                    Outside the United States, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office in your country directly. 

                    Please note that it can take up to 14 days for your refund to appear in your account.

                    IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

                    Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we rent or sell this. You can read more on our Ridge Wallet terms and policies on this website.
