I stopped carrying a wallet many years ago and have just been carrying all of my cards loose in my pocket. While I am very proficient at not losing my items, my cards do take a beating sliding around with all of my other items. In the last year, as all of my cards now have chips, I have been frustrated more than once in having to replace cards due to damaged chips (which always happens to not read at the most inconvenient of times).
I picked up this wallet due to the compact nature of it. My primary concerns were the elastic bands. So far, there is nothing that would indicate a coming failure of the bands. The look is awesome. Cards slide in and out pretty easily once you get the hang of it. I still have not figured out how to make the cards splay out for easy selection, and probably never will. I just keep the most used cards on the ends.
If I had to purchase again, I would not get the money clip. This is completely a personal decision. I don't find myself using it as much as I should so it just adds bulk to the wallet. I find that money and business cards are just a bit too big for this wallet, and I rarely find myself with paper money nowadays.
The wallet also comes with a little tool for maintenance.
If you need a low profile wallet, this will fit your need.
