I ordered the case over a month ago. After about 2 weeks I received the case (I live outside the US so 2 weeks is pretty reasonable). When it arrived the metallic buttons were missing and in their place was a small leather bump. The side of the case was rock solid so I couldn't push the buttons at all. Customer support was good and they sent out a replacement with a free charger cable. About 2 weeks later I emailed them back and told them my tracking number hadn't updated since it was shipped. They told me it had gotten lost. Not happy. They then sent out another one, this time with express shipping . This time it arrived in a few days and all the buttons were normal!
I did a lot of research before buying this case -- I chose this case for a reason. It was the nicest, most premium looking case I could find that was leather, had card slots, and metallic buttons. The metallic buttons are pretty good, but the volume buttons still feel very mushy. The card slots are poor however. Very very tight. I actually scratched the case with my nail trying to remove my card from the slot. I just hope this softens up over time. As the description says, it fits two cards, I cannot squeeze a third card in.
Overall, I would recommend this product simply for the lack of competition. Apple's leather cases are much too expensive, and other leather cases just don't look as nice, or don't have card slots. If a different brand produced a similar case however, I would not choose this again.
